National Bio Vet Laboratory opened its doors in 1990 with the intention of providing a level of quality and service previously unavailable to the veterinary health care community. Since our introduction into Florida, NBVL has steadily grown and expanded to the East Coast, Central America, and the Caribbean. This growth has been forged on the belief that the veterinary community deserves reliable and accurate laboratory results, efficient and prompt courier services, rapid turnaround on test results, and personal, conscientious attention to the work performed and to need of our clients. It is our dedication to this level of quality that has earned us to the recognition of most Florida veterinarians.

Quality test results and rapid turnarounds are two aspects of laboratory service that are traditionally at odds with each other. At NBVL, our inter-laboratory structure and progressive management produce an environment that allows for very dynamic specimen handling. This provides rapid test results with no sacrifice of quality. NBVL is a full-service laboratory that is dedicated to animal procedures and testing. We offer a full range of assays; including esoteric, veterinary microbiology, and veterinary pathology. All assays are species specific, and exotic animals are handled as rapidly and efficiently as companion animals.

We operate our own fleet of couriers in Florida, Puerto Rico, Dominica.
